  1. 日期：中華民國94年9月7日(三)
  2. 地點：台北市體育館4樓
  3. 主辦：台北市體育處、台北市歡樂足球協會
  4. 參賽隊伍：大學社會組4隊、高中組8隊、國小高年級組8隊、國小中低年組8隊
  5. 賽制：交叉分組賽。二個場地同時進行。
  6. 裁判：歡樂足球裁判。

安排原則

  1. 每隊比賽兩場。
    每場上下半場各10分鐘。中場換場不休息。
  2. 額滿為止。
  3. 分組與籤序由大會安排。
  4. 依照行政院人事行政局規定。若遇不可抗力因素停課，則當日比賽取消。
